11:42a tips for an aspiring makeup artist/kit needs? a couple months ago i started seriously building my kit and doing some freelance work. i am not charging at the moment because i want to build a strong port first. when do you think it is appropriate to set a rate? this is what i have in my kit right now: ( kit supplies ) any suggestions of what else i should get/need? thanks ladies <3
